Astera Software is committed to providing high quality support to our customers. Support is also provided during trial period. Astera’s support team, based in the United States, is highly acclaimed for its responsiveness, product knowledge, and general technical expertise. Support team works alongside our development team, also based entirely in the United States, to identify and quickly resolve any customer issues. We usually respond to customer support request within one business day. Critical product issues requiring a hotfix or patch are resolved within 48 hours.
