Job Summary

A partner marketing specialist is responsible for identifying marketing partnership opportunities and qualifying possible implementation partners, evaluating the marketing performance of partners, and planning joint marketing activities within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines.

The incumbent will work closely with the partner marketing organization to plan and execute growth strategies to deliver on goals and KPIs in support of brand development, higher-margin focus, and customer base expansion in key target markets while maintaining a positive and productive relationship with partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Work on a global partner program to recruit implementation and technology partners with the right incentive
  • Maintain positive and productive relationships with partners
  • Support partner events and manage partner marketing communications
  • Provide support in developing partner marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives
  • Develop partner presentations and streamline the partner onboarding training

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related degree (MS or MBA preferred)
  • Up to 3 years of experience in partner marketing role in corporate environment (software industry experience preferred)
  • Good understanding of channel management, partner business, partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, ecosystem and sales drivers, emerging IT trends and their impact on the partner eco-system
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional storytelling, including speeches and presentations.
  • Results-driven with a consistent record of delivering on company growth through partner management strategies
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages priorities.
  • Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot & Salesforce required
  • Passion for digital marketing with a strong understanding of inbound and digital marketing
  • Desire to learn on your own and keep up with inbound marketing and marketing technology developments and best practices
