As a customer-centric solution provider, we understand the significance of documentation, help and support in your data management processes and reaping maximum value out of our products. Keeping this in mind, we decided to revamp our product documentation and make it more user-friendly, accessible, and up-to-date.

Enter Astera’s new documentation site

We have migrated our documentation to a new and dedicated platform, featuring all the help you may need while using our solutions. The new website has been designed keeping in view the ease of use and navigation and features a complete repository of help articles, knowledgebase and feature-specific documentation for Astera’s range of products.

The key highlights of the new documentation site include:

  • Navigation panel – Find the right help articles, learn about new topics, and browse through the different categories and sub-categories of our documentation. While viewing an article, you can easily navigate between the different headers, sections and sub-sections of the article from the navigation panel.


  • Optimized search – The new documentation site has a search bar to help you find the right documents. The search algorithms have been optimized to present you the best matching items for your search queries.



  • New help resources – We have run a major overhaul on our existing documentation. Previously posted help articles have been updated to reflect the changes in product features. We have also added new help articles as well as video tutorials for the latest releases, and we will be adding more help content regularly.


  • Versions and categories – The documentation for different products has been arranged in dedicated categories on the home page. Within each category, you will find clickable links to help documents on all previous versions of the product.


We’re continuing with Zendesk as our support and ticketing platform. You can post your queries, report issues or bugs, and seek live support from our representatives on Zendesk as before. The documentation, however, has been moved to docs.astera.com and will be updated and accessible from there only.
