Job Summary

This position is responsible for undertaking various HR functions in a generalist capacity ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The incumbent will be primarily responsible for supporting the human resource team in executing various organization development and employee experience initiatives. The ideal candidate should be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision, must be self-motivated and trustworthy to ensure the smooth running of our processes and operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Responsible for the end-to-end employee experience, including check-ins, e-NPS surveys and manager evaluations.
  • Conduct pulse surveys on employee satisfaction, job role, communication, relationships, and work environment to measure changes in engagement and satisfaction levels within the organization and identify areas of improvement.
  • Lead employee journey mapping to drive meaningful insights.
  • Explore and implement different tools and channels to enhance assessment processes such as psychometric tests, general aptitude testing, etc.
  • Support strategic efforts to build Astera as a talent hotbed via enhancing culture and management.
  • Act as a passionate engagement champion
  • Be accountable for successful employee onboarding and retention project
  • Maintain record of HR policies and all employee records (active and inactive) on HRMS
  • Perform other duties requested by the manager, which are related to this position, and which meet the qualifications

What You’ll Need

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field
  • Proficiency with computer software, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Up to 1 year of experience in HR
