Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including, but not limited to, sourcing talent through various channels, screening potential candidates, planning selection procedures, and recruiting top-notch talent for our hiring needs. The incumbent must be able to plan our long-term recruitment strategy and foster trusting relationships with potential hires to create robust talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also be responsible for conducting back-end recruitment operations such as developing a recruitment policy, recruitment & ATS system administration, background check & verification, offer placement, and onboarding.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and formulate and deliver appropriate sourcing strategies to attract top talent to Astera.
  • Create and launch a regular stream of innovative recruitment marketing campaigns for select talent communities.
  • Responsible for full lifecycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the organization.
  • Create and implement outbound recruiting plans to approach prospective candidates and talent pools proactively.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a successful talent transition into the organization.
  • Source candidates using a variety of creative, cost-effective, and diverse methods, including direct sourcing, networking, internet research, and associate referrals.
  • Proactively research and monitor market trends to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Formulate networks by maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
  • Establish and upgrade talent acquisition strategy and hiring procedures in line with industry trends and organizational needs.

What You’ll Need

  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or similar field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, and sourcing.
  • Experience with a variety of interviewing techniques, particularly in competency-based interviewing.
  • Ability to think like a marketer and create unique and effective drip marketing campaigns for select talent communities.
  • Excellent business insight and success in presenting a company’s business model.
  • Solid experience with professional social media tools like LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram.
  • Demonstrated success in inspiring key decision makers in the assessment and selection process.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-based, dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle relationship-based multilocation recruitment.
  • Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to inspire people with a consultative approach.
  • Be a self-starter and possess a strong sense of self-motivation by bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team and client groups.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation capability.
  • Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) & HRMS tool.
  • Customer-centric mindset and strong advocate of best-in-class recruiting experience.
