Ibrahim is the visionary technologist at the helm of Astera Software. He is responsible for spearheading our corporate strategy, overseeing management, and directing the long-term objectives of the company. He has over 20 years of experience in recruiting, building and leading high-productivity, agile software teams in a variety of areas including enterprise systems, data warehousing, data and application integration, financial services, and hospital information systems.

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Jay serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Astera Software. He leads the product vision and development for Astera’s flagship product, Centerprise Data Integrator. Jay has several years of hands-on software product development experience and expertise in managing mid-sized, fast-paced, and dynamic engineering teams in technology, product vision, and go-to-market strategies. His responsibilities include strategic planning for the future direction for the products including enhancements within the existing products and envisioning improvements to the architecture, as well as providing direction to ensure growth and financial success of the organization. Jay holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology.

Munira leads the sales division at Astera Software as VP Sales. Munira has over a decade of experience in sales, account management, and leadership, but her main passion and focus has always been the customer. Munira's sterling history in SaaS enterprise sales gives her a technical and business-level understanding of what it takes to forge winning relationships with customers on a global and regional level. She has a proven track record in transforming global, hypergrowth companies, into multibillion-dollar market segment leaders. Munira holds a BA from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics, where she specialized in finance.

Mike has been associated with Astera Software for over 15 years, leading the product development and IT departments as the Chief Technology Officer. After graduating from the University of California, Riverside, his interests led him into the world of data integration and management. Mike is also responsible for managing Astera’s award winning technical support team, he works closely with customers from a wide range of industries to help them build robust and user-friendly data solutions. As part of this role, Mike helps ensure that customer feedback and queries are dealt with quickly and effectively. Mike’s efforts have resulted in excellent client feedback for the past 7+ years.
