Jay Mishra

With over 20 years of experience in software engineering, Jay serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Astera Software. He leads the product vision and development for Astera’s flagship product, Centerprise Data Integrator. Jay has several years of hands-on software product development experience and expertise in managing mid-sized, fast-paced, and dynamic engineering teams in technology, product vision, and go-to-market strategies. His responsibilities include strategic planning for the future direction for the products including enhancements within the existing products and envisioning improvements to the architecture, as well as providing direction to ensure growth and financial success of the organization.

Jay holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology.
